Responsibilities:

• Lead Strategy: Develop and oversee delivery strategies for complex, multi-layered programs that exceed client and organizational goals
• Inspire Teams: Align departmental resources across programs, fostering innovation and collaboration to drive high-quality results
• Build Partnerships: Manage high-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to shape impactful decisions
• Ensure Excellence: Define and enforce quality standards, proactively mitigating risks to protect program success
• Financial Management: Develop and manage financial strategies across programs, oversee margin performance, and ensure compliance with financial policies
• Optimize Performance: Implement resource strategies that maximize efficiency and drive measurable outcomes
• Provide Strategic Insights: Deliver executive-level reporting and recommendations to guide organizational strategy and decision-making

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of PM experience, with a focus on integrated, high-impact programs
• Mastery of strategic planning, team leadership, and risk management
• Advanced certifications or equivalent hands-on experience required
