WeCareer is hiring for a global top 3PL brand in the US. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partner companies and businesses that align with our target market and objectives
- Initiate and nurture relationships with 3PL warehouse providers, fostering trust and collaboration
- Develop joint value propositions and marketing strategies that promote our last mile delivery services with 3PL warehouse providers
- Formulate comprehensive business development strategies that capitalize on partner relationships and channels to drive customer acquisition
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Assist and work cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, marketing, sales) to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs and challenges
- Design innovative approaches to enhance our service offerings and align them with partner capabilities
- Generate detailed reports and present findings to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in 3PL and logistics sales, business development, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
