Sr. Business Analyst - Cyber Security

Procom is a staffing agency seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - Cyber Security for their financial client. This senior-level role involves translating cyber security business needs into clear requirements and high-quality documentation while working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document user and business requirements
• Develop functional and detailed specifications, use cases, and validation criteria
• Manage time, milestones, and dependencies across overlapping workstreams
• Analyze large user datasets with a high degree of accuracy
• Produce clear, structured documentation including procedural guides and FAQs
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint, ensuring content is current and version-controlled
• Facilitate office hours, Q&A sessions, and stakeholder briefings
• Collect, triage, and synthesize user feedback from multiple channels
• Communicate assumptions, risks, dependencies, and mitigation recommendations clearly

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
• Proven ability to manage parallel deliverables in fast-paced initiatives
• High level of accountability, ownership, and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
• Proficiency in SharePoint-based documentation management
• Cyber security environment experience
• Experience creating procedural guides and user instructions
• Experience collecting and synthesizing user feedback
• Risk escalation and mitigation recommendation skills
