OneSource Virtual (OSV) is a leading provider of Business-Process-as-a-Service solutions for Workday. The Product Manager is responsible for managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivering customer-centric products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development and definition of the product strategy and roadmap
- Collect, analyze, make recommendations, prioritize, and address product and customer needs that align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption
- Coordinate competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions
- Drive product innovation and manage the lifecycle from inception to phase-out
- Oversee product-related deliverables, which may include PRDs, metrics, budgets, forecasts, pricing, and performance measures
- Facilitate, understand, influence, manage expectations, and build relationships with cross-functional teams and partner collaborations to achieve product objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Finance & Accounting Systems, preferably Workday
- Working knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use data and metrics to support decisions and develop business cases
- Understanding of cloud computing, SaaS models, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented setting
