Brigit is a holistic financial health company dedicated to helping everyday Americans improve their financial futures. The Senior Product Manager for Membership/Retention will own the strategy and execution of the member experience in the mobile app, focusing on growth, engagement, and retention of the user base.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for membership and subscription experiences across iOS and Android platforms
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of features related to onboarding, product adoption, billing, retention, cross-sell, and upsell
- Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to create intuitive, frictionless, and lovable experiences for subscribers
- Partner with marketing and analytics teams to A/B test engagement and retention tactics
- Use data, research, and experimentation to identify key drivers of engagement and retention and develop solutions to optimize them
- Monitor and measure performance metrics, analyzing user behavior and feedback to continuously refine the product
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in subscription-based mobile apps
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience with B2C mobile products, preferably with a strong focus on customer journey optimization
- Strong understanding of subscription, retention, and user engagement metrics
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mode), and product KPIs (LTV, churn, retention, CAC)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-informed, and customer-obsessed environment
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare)
