Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Development Manager to identify new sales opportunities and expand their market share within the Fluid Conveyance Division for the OEM channel. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives to develop new business opportunities, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic accounts across targeted regions and channels
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored value propositions to OEM and distribution partners
- Lead strategic customer engagements and support local sales teams in key negotiations and project pursuits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across new and existing accounts
- Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data within CRM systems (Salesforce)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related work experience and discipline
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience from an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally within the fluid conveyance industry
- Proven ability to drive customer growth and build strategic relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), MS Office, and ideally SAP
