Call Quest Solution is seeking an experienced HR Systems Project Manager to manage and deliver initiatives across a complex HR technology ecosystem. This role focuses on requirements analysis, system enhancements, and project delivery, ensuring structured delivery within a legacy and multi-system environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of HR system incidents, defects, and enhancement requests
- Analyze incomplete or ambiguous requests to define clear business requirements
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to gather and validate requirements
- Create functional documentation including user stories, workflows, and BRDs
- Act as a delivery lead for HR systems initiatives in a complex environment
- Manage and prioritize large backlogs and multiple workstreams
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across ongoing projects
- Ensure structured delivery within a legacy and multi-system environment
- Lead HR system initiatives end-to-end (discovery to implementation)
- Support projects related to: Onboarding & Recruiting systems, Operational workflows, Travel & credentialing processes
- Coordinate integrations across HRIS, ERP systems, and digital platforms
Requirements:
- Experience in HR systems delivery, HRIS analysis, or project/program management
- Strong experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- Proven ability to analyze unclear requirements and translate into functional solutions
- Experience working with distributed/offshore teams
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce (case management)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira
- Experience supporting HR transformation or system migration projects
