Clean Power Staffing is focused on utility-scale solar project execution, and they are seeking a Project Manager to lead all phases of project execution. The role involves overseeing construction activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of utility-scale solar project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout
- Maintain a consistent onsite presence (≈75%) to oversee construction activities and support field teams
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure financial targets are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules; track progress and implement recovery plans when needed
- Coordinate with EPC teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and performance
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, permits, and regulatory standards
- Oversee quality control and assurance processes to meet project specifications
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture in alignment with company and OSHA standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Review and manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Support commissioning, testing, and project turnover activities
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE SOLAR/HIGH VOLTAGE EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL
