Project Manager

Clean Power Staffing is focused on utility-scale solar project execution, and they are seeking a Project Manager to lead all phases of project execution. The role involves overseeing construction activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of utility-scale solar project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence (≈75%) to oversee construction activities and support field teams
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure financial targets are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules; track progress and implement recovery plans when needed
• Coordinate with EPC teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and performance
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, permits, and regulatory standards
• Oversee quality control and assurance processes to meet project specifications
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture in alignment with company and OSHA standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Review and manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Support commissioning, testing, and project turnover activities

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE SOLAR/HIGH VOLTAGE EXPERIENCE
• MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL
