Epicor is a leading company focused on creating a world of better business through data and cognitive ERP. They are seeking a Mid-Market Territory Manager responsible for generating sales in the Central US territory, coordinating cross-functionally to maximize revenue, and leading the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Owns the territory strategy and execution based on overall business strategy and territory growth targets
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding quota for the assigned territory
- Applies expert knowledge of Epicor Distribution products' solutions to the customer and its differentiation with the competition
- Prospects in the assigned territory to achieve a qualified pipeline of 5X the annual quota
- Coordinates cross-functionally to maximize revenue from prospects in the assigned territory
- Acts as an effective sales team leader with the ability to work cross-functionally within and outside of the sales organization
- Updates and maintains CRM data base and performs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success in the software industry
- Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships
- Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers and sales team
- Ability to act as a leader to the team and manage cross-functional projects
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Knowledge of the specific product industry
- 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in ERP
- 3+ years of specialized/industry experience in Distribution
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
