Archer Integrated Risk Management is a leading provider of integrated risk management solutions that enhance decision-making and operational resilience. The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee marketing technology, campaign operations, and analytics to drive measurable growth and optimize marketing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administration and configuration of HubSpot Marketing Hub and related marketing technologies
- Maintain contact properties, lifecycle stages, segmentation frameworks, and automation workflows
- Inform user access, permissions, and system configuration
- Ensure integrations between HubSpot, CRM, and other GTM systems function reliably
- Maintain documentation and operational standards for marketing platforms
- Support the operational setup of marketing campaigns including emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows
- Establish campaign structure, naming conventions, and configuration standards
- Design and maintain automation programs for lead nurturing and campaign follow-up
- Conduct quality assurance reviews prior to campaign launches
- Troubleshoot campaign or automation issues as they arise
- Maintain lead lifecycle stages and marketing qualification processes
- Partner with GTM to ensure proper lead routing and handoff
- Monitor funnel conversion rates and lifecycle performance
- Optimize automation supporting lead engagement and qualification
- Develop and maintain dashboards for marketing performance
- Track metrics such as lead generation, engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution
- Support leadership with analysis of marketing program effectiveness
- Ensure campaigns are structured to support consistent attribution and reporting
- Maintain data standards for marketing contact and account data
- Monitor database health including duplicates, incomplete records, and segmentation accuracy
- Support marketing list imports and enrichment processes
- Partner with Revenue Operations Leadership, Marketing, and IT to ensure data alignment across GTM systems
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation, and campaign execution
- Standardize operational workflows to improve scalability and consistency
- Maintain documentation of marketing operations procedures and standards
- Partner with Marketing teams to support campaign planning and execution
- Work with Revenue Operations and Sales to align marketing data and reporting
- Collaborate with IT to maintain platform stability and integrations
- Provide operational guidance to marketing stakeholders on best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Marketing Automation
- Hands-on experience administering marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong understanding of campaign operations, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle management
- Experience building marketing dashboards and analyzing campaign performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies
- Experience working within a Revenue Operations environment
- Familiarity with campaign attribution models and pipeline reporting
- Experience managing marketing data governance and segmentation
