About this role
Optum is focused on improving the flow of health data and information to create a more connected system. The role involves building and maintaining Epic Medication Records, collaborating with operational partners, and leading projects related to Epic Willow applications.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain ERX/medication records in Epic
- Perform updates to medication data as clinical practices change
- Collaborate with operational pharmacy partners and across IT teams to support pharmacy related Epic applications
- Support additional pharmacy applications such as Omnicell as needed
- Participate as an individual contributor within the pharmacy solutions team
- Non-prime call support
Requirements:
- Licensed pharmacist (active license)
- 2+ years of experience as a pharmacist
- 1+ years experience building/maintaining Epic Willow Applications
- Certification/Proficiency in Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory. New hire without will be asked to complete Certification/Proficiency shortly after hire date
- Certification in Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory
- 2+ years of experience using and/or maintaining Epic Willow applications
- Proficiency in Willow Inpatient or Ambulatory
