Agents Only Technologies is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to deliver outstanding customer service for their tax-related products and services. This fully remote role involves assisting customers with their tax filing process, answering questions, and providing general support during the busiest time of the year.
Responsibilities:
- Take control of your work schedule and manage your own PC installation, ensuring optimal performance for seamless operations
- Schedule your own mentoring sessions for failed NPS, Process, or Performance
- Provide courteous and efficient customer support thru phone (inbound call) during the busy tax season; with some cases of on Video support (less than 15%)
- Resolve TurboTax sign-in issues
- Answer inquiries about amending tax returns, e-file rejections, printing/saving returns, tax refunds, and return status
- Provide helpful links to relevant TurboTax support articles
- Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and first-call resolution
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude even during high-demand periods
Requirements:
- Reliable: You must be dependable and consistent, especially during high-demand periods leading up to and after Tax Day
- NPS is the Top Metric: Can exceed customers' expectations in understanding their issue and look for solution
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay calm and collected when dealing with customers who may be experiencing stress
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be able to commit to working during the tax season peak periods (March through April)
- Availability on Tax Day, April 14, 2026 and April 15, 2026, is required to qualify for Tax Bonus
- Can commit to work during the critical days (April 12, 13, 14 and 15)
