Plan Left is seeking a Marketing Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing marketing projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing projects from inception to delivery
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales, etc.) and external stakeholders (agencies, vendors) to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address any challenges
- Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure all marketing assets align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Analyze project performance data, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Lead post-project reviews to assess outcomes and learnings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience managing marketing projects or campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns
- Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting for marketing initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- PMP or similar project management certification (preferred but not required)
