They are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales and build relationships with leading arts organizations, leveraging either a background in technology sales or arts and culture expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a strategy targeting leading arts and culture organizations
- Work closely with the VP of Strategic Growth, Sales Enablement, and Marketing
- Leverage deep understanding of operations and pain points to build instant trust
- Apply closing skills to a vibrant, passionate vertical
- Serve as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the vertical, attending key conferences and providing insights
- Manage complex negotiations and ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Management team for long-term client success
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in arts, culture, or technology sales
- Ability to merge love for culture with a career in Tech Sales
- Experience in B2B technology sales or arts & culture industry
- Strong consultative business skills
- Ability to manage complex negotiations
- Experience in executing strategies targeting leading arts and culture organizations
- Ability to build instant trust with clients
- Experience attending key conferences and providing insights
