Kaye/Bassman International is expanding its 4D Executive Search division into contract staffing within SaaS and Cybersecurity. The role focuses on building relationships with CFOs and Finance leaders to address hiring challenges through contract talent while collaborating with a recruiting team.
Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline through consistent outreach
- Run 8–10 client meetings per week
- Open 2–4 job orders
- Land your first contractor by Week 4
- Build toward 1+ contractor on billing every week
- Maintain strong activity and consistent deal flow
- Start to develop repeat clients and ongoing revenue
Requirements:
- Ability to build relationships with CFOs and Finance leaders across SaaS and Cybersecurity companies
- Experience in solving hiring challenges through contract talent
- Self-motivator who wants to be part of a real team
- Desire to build something, not just maintain it
