Radiology Partners is a leading radiology practice in the U.S., dedicated to transforming radiology through innovation in clinical value, technology, service, and economics. The Sr Revenue Cycle Business Analyst will perform pricing analysis and contract modeling, develop operational dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making to enhance operational strategy and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pricing analysis and contract modeling to support payor negotiations and reimbursement rate implementation
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and analytical tools using platforms such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
- Analyze performance results against expectations, identify variances, and communicate insights to support data-driven decisions
- Generate ad hoc analyses and reporting, tailoring outputs to stakeholders and presenting findings through PowerPoint and other formats
- Support operational strategy and process improvements by organizing data and translating analytics into actionable recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, or payor contract modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
- Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Payor Contracting in a large or complex organization
- Healthcare industry experience (radiology preferred)
- Familiarity with SQL tools
- Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies or coding
