The TalentHQ is a company focused on driving client results and retention through effective account management. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will own client relationships from onboarding to long-term retention, ensuring clients stay engaged and satisfied with the services provided.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical onboarding calls to set up GoHighLevel, secure Facebook ad account access, and map out client business data
- Run routine client calls to walk through ad metrics, SEO progress, and ROI—keeping clients focused on revenue, not noise
- Upsell clients to higher ad spends and keep them bought into the growth roadmap
- Identify broken processes inside the agency and fix them without being asked
- Push back respectfully when clients go off-track and redirect them to the North Star metric
Requirements:
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or client services
- Strong sales skills to handle upselling. Confidently handle objections and communicate value before dropping prices
- Experience working with contractors, home improvement businesses, or blue-collar industries
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platforms
- Comfortable navigating Facebook Business Manager and Meta Ads
- Proven track record of upselling or growing accounts
- Based in the USA or Canada
