Redexim North America is expanding and seeking a National Accounts Sales Manager to help lead its next phase of growth. This role focuses on developing and executing national sales strategies while building strong relationships to drive long-term business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform decision-making
- Track performance, forecast sales, and prepare regular reports
- Create a good understanding of the opportunities for Redexim
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach
- Generate demand with product demonstrations targeting key stakeholders
- Establish strong relationships with dealers and partners that give access to core customers
- Establish strong relationships with industry stakeholders such as consultants, and governing bodies
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective accounts
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to contracted accounts
- Lead product line reviews to expand offerings with existing customers
- Assess and create key account initiatives such as preferential selling prices, volume discounts and exclusive supply agreements
- Organize training for account teams and key employees around Redexim products
- Conduct market research to find new business expansion opportunities and keep informed about industry trends and competitors
- Coordinate with internal teams (product development, channel marketing, technical service, finance) to support customer needs and strategic execution
- Serve as a key point of contact across the supply chain from product development to end customers
- Achieve or exceed annual sales targets
- Recruit and onboard new Redexim partners in alignment with annual sales targets
- Drive growth by building relationships with target end-users for Redexim products
- Recruit and onboard significant national accounts in line with revenue goals
- Frequent travel required to national account headquarters, branch locations, and key events
- Proficient use of CRM software to maintain detailed records and manage customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage time, travel efficiently, and operate with a high sense of ownership
- Uphold integrity and professionalism with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Communicate at all times in a professional manner to demonstrate the professionalism of the organization
- Support Redexim brand marketing initiatives
- Attend national and regional company meetings as required
- Participate actively in industry events and trade shows to promote Redexim products
- Provide valuable channel feedback to Redexim regarding product performance, market acceptance of marketing initiatives, and competitive intelligence
- Earn trust and respect from internal and external stakeholders by consistently demonstrating integrity
- Manage travel and time efficiently to maximize productivity while adhering to budget constraints
- Utilize CRM software effectively to maintain detailed records and manage customer relationships
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant field experience
- 10+ years of experience managing high-profile accounts and business development roles
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and business management skills
- Prior experience in turf maintenance equipment or similar industries is a plus
- Based in Central U.S. preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently
