Jack is collaborating with Healink, a healthcare technology company focused on enhancing communication between dental practices and patients. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving customer growth by introducing Healink to dental practices, managing the sales process, and building relationships with practice owners.
Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Identify dental practices that may benefit from Healink. Reach out to dentists, office managers, and practice teams through calls, emails, and online outreach. Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through outbound outreach, referrals, and industry engagement. Track and manage sales opportunities using CRM or internal tracking tools
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations for dentists and their teams. Clearly communicate the value of the platform and how it can support practice growth. Answer questions and address objections during the sales process
- Closing New Customers: Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement. Guide prospective customers through pricing, agreements, and onboarding. Follow up consistently with interested practices to move opportunities forward
- Relationship Management and Account Growth: Build and retain strong relationships with dentists, office managers, and treatment coordinators. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers after onboarding. Identify opportunities to grow accounts through continued engagement and upselling when appropriate
- Reporting and Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions. Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue opportunities. Collaborate with the founders to review progress and refine sales strategies
