Globant is seeking a qualified Technical Product Manager to support their operations in the United States. This role involves defining product vision and strategy, managing product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the insurance and invoicing domains.
Responsibilities:
- Product Management — Ability to define product vision, strategy, and outcomes while coordinating teams to deliver business value
- Insurance Workflows Knowledge — Understanding of insurance industry processes such as policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims management, and billing operations
- Invoicing & Billing Systems — Experience with invoicing processes, billing cycles, payment reconciliation, and financial transaction flows within enterprise systems
- Agile Product Development — Practical experience working in Agile environments, managing iterations, prioritizing work, and continuously delivering value
- Azure DevOps (ADO) — Proficiency using Azure DevOps for backlog management, work item tracking, sprint planning, and collaboration with development teams
- RICE Prioritization Framework — Ability to prioritize product initiatives using the Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort framework to support data-driven decisions
- Backlog Management — Skill in organizing, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure alignment with product strategy and stakeholder needs
- Stakeholder Management — Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, engineering teams, and external partners to align expectations and deliver outcomes
- User Story Definition & Refinement — Experience writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria and refining them with development teams to ensure implementation readiness
- Product Roadmap Planning — Capability to define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns business objectives with product delivery timelines
- Business Process Analysis — Ability to analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into product features
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation — Skill in eliciting, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration — Experience working with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure effective product delivery
- Data-Driven Decision Making — Ability to leverage metrics, analytics, and user feedback to guide product prioritization and improvements
- Release Planning & Delivery Management — Experience coordinating product releases, ensuring readiness across teams, and managing delivery timelines
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5-8+ Years of Experience as Technical Product Manager in Insurance and/or Invoicing & Billing System
