- Develop a deep understanding of customer contexts, including current tools, models, and data flows (e.g., portfolio / risk modeling systems, vendor platforms, internal analytics stacks)
- Partner with quantitative researchers, ML engineers, and domain experts to translate customer problems into clear product requirements and model/data needs
- Define success metrics and validation strategies to compare our approaches against existing PML/ERM and portfolio views, and to demonstrate differentiated value
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new AI / LQM use cases across multiple domains (beyond Finance/Risk), from early signals to clearer opportunities
- Lead 0→1 product discovery: problem framing, hypothesis development, lightweight customer validation, and rapid iteration on prototypes
- Work with engineering and research to scope experiments that are small enough to move quickly but meaningful enough to answer key questions
- Establish and champion a rigorous but pragmatic approach to ruthless prioritization, ensuring the team focuses on the highest-impact opportunities
