PrimeXBT is a Top10 financial services provider offering a wide range of multi-asset trading products, including cryptocurrencies and CFDs. They are seeking a highly motivated Partner Acquisition Manager to lead their efforts in expanding their footprint in the LATAM market by finding, onboarding, and activating high-quality partners who bring new traders to the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential partners (influencers, educators, communities, agencies)
- Prospect via LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks
- Run structured, personalized outreach across email, messaging apps, and calls
- Assess partner quality, audience relevance, and growth potential
- Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and promotion strategies
- Present partnership models (revenue share, custom deals where applicable)
- Negotiate terms and agree on short-term performance goals
- Onboard partners into tracking and partner systems
- Educate partners on tools, tiers, and best practices
- Support partners in launching their first campaigns
- Monitor performance and help optimize towards activation
- Drive partners to reach Active status (5+ first-time deposits)
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up discipline
- Handover activated partners to Business Development Managers with full context
Requirements:
- Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within Trading industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfort working with targets and KPIs
- Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven
- Experience using CRMs and digital tools
- Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or online platforms
- Familiarity with influencer or affiliate ecosystems
- Experience working with global partners
