The Role : We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with call center experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound calls , assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services , and help resolve any issues. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus. What you’ll do?- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Call center agents will obtain client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Redirect calls to Managers and Other teams
Requirements
- Previous call center experience handling high call volumes is required.
- Experience in insurance-related customer service is a plus .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software .
