- Accurately enter data into our systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on delivering world-class service
Requirements:
- Fluent communication (Spanish is a plus!)
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency

- Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for problem-solving
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Strong organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
- Ability to commute to Middle River, MD 21220
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to relocate to Middle River, MD 21220 before starting work
