Operations Business MIS Analyst Lead

Sagility is a company that combines technology with healthcare expertise to enhance member experiences. The Business MIS Analyst Lead will focus on gathering and analyzing data to support decision-making, generate reports, and provide insights to drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and objectives
• Design and develop comprehensive reporting solutions that meet business needs
• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate and meaningful reports
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to provide valuable insights
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data by conducting data validation and quality checks
• Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports, utilizing charts, graphs, and other data visualization techniques
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Continuously monitor and improve the reporting process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics
• Handles and resolves inconsistency of the team to change as it involves conflicting views and opinions
• Conducts alignment meetings for all clinical programs to ensure all reports are current and up to date
• Perform tasks assigned by his/her immediate Head
• Actively assist in maintaining operational excellence on critical metrics for all clinical programs (example: attrition, metrics, employee demographics, Amplifai data, list of eligible employees for incentives and clinical success profiles)
• Helps in process automation
• Protects the organization’s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS)
• Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization’s business functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred or Associate's degree with 2 years of similar experience
• Proven experience as a Reports Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with healthcare or clinical data is a plus
