Senior Technical Product Manager - AI Solutions & Agentic Delivery

Vatica Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the execution of AI-driven operational initiatives. This delivery-focused role involves converting operational workflows into AI-enabled systems and driving the end-to-end delivery of these systems across Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Convert operational workflows into AI-enabled systems
• Drive end-to-end delivery from scoped requirements to production
• Define quality thresholds and release gates
• Ensure monitoring, rollback controls, and human-in-the-loop safeguards
• Drive adoption within Ops
• Maintain cross-functional alignment

Requirements:

• 6-10+ years Product or Technical Program Management
• Proven experience shipping AI-enabled capabilities into production
• Healthcare experience required
• Architecture-level fluency (can challenge design decisions)
• Experience embedding systems into real workflows
