Artha Fintech Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Project Management to oversee the establishment and optimization of the company-wide Project Management Office (PMO) system. This role is crucial for driving the efficient execution of strategic projects and enhancing the organization's project delivery capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and continuously optimize the enterprise-wide project management system (methodologies, processes, and tools)
- Develop a standardized project management framework (e.g., phase reviews, risk control, change management)
- Drive the digitalization of project management (e.g., project management systems, data dashboards)
- Coordinate key/strategic-level company projects (e.g., digital transformation, business innovation, M&A integration)
- Formulate overall project plans, milestones, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and risks to ensure successful project delivery
- Establish a mechanism for prioritizing projects (based on ROI, strategic alignment, etc.)
- Manage the project portfolio to optimize resource allocation and return on investment
- Periodically report to senior leadership on portfolio execution status and value realization
- Coordinate resources across various departments (e.g., business, technology, finance)
- Promote cross-departmental communication mechanisms to resolve project conflicts and bottlenecks
- Enhance the organization's overall project execution efficiency
- Establish mechanisms for project risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Ensure that projects adhere to corporate governance and compliance requirements
- Lead interventions and corrective actions for high-risk projects
- Build a high-performing PMO team and cultivate a pipeline of project managers
- Promote project management training and certification (e.g., PMP)
- Establish performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms
- Establish a project KPI framework (e.g., delivery rate, budget variance, cycle efficiency)
- Continuously optimize project management capabilities through data analysis
- Generate high-quality project reports to support decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; degrees in management, engineering, information technology, or related fields are preferred
- 20+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects or leading a PMO
- Experience managing cross-departmental or cross-regional projects
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, PRINCE2)
- Proven capability in project portfolio management and strategic execution
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Power BI)
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and resource integration skills
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills
- Results-oriented with strong resilience under pressure
- Possesses strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- MBA is preferred
- Experience in digital transformation or managing projects within complex organizational structures is preferred
- PMP or relevant certifications are preferred
