Mommy Poppins is a leading digital publisher and resource for families. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join our remote team, help scale our revenue, and bring national brand partnerships to our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Mentorship: Manage, train, and unblock a team of three full-time sales reps and a growing network of Mom Ambassadors
- Playbook Development: Create and implement streamlined sales playbooks and collateral, such as media kits and case studies, to drive local revenue
- Operations: Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using Zoho CRM
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align campaigns and enhance offerings
- Business Development: Actively hunt, pitch, and close large-scale national brand sponsorships and advertising campaigns
- Relationship Management: Leverage your existing network of media buyers, PR agencies, and brand contacts within the parenting, entertainment and travel verticals
- Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process for national accounts, from initial prospecting to proposal development and final closing
Requirements:
- 5+ years in digital media/advertising sales
- 1–2+ years of direct sales team management
- Proven success selling into key verticals with a current network of national contacts
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience is a major plus)
- Data-driven decision-making
- Entrepreneurial, empathetic, and highly organized
- Ability to thrive in a 'scrappy,' fast-paced, small-organization environment
