Requirements
2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-moving tech or fintech environment
Trusted partner to hiring managers, known for clear communication, sound judgment, and strong ownership
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, comfortable designing creative hiring approaches and sourcing talent
Highly organized and deeply candidate-centric, with a track record of smooth, high-quality hiring processes
