Identify, evaluate and recruit potential channel partners aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and target markets
Develop and execute a partnership strategy to establish and expand a network of channel partners
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including terms and conditions, pricing and performance expectations
Develop and implement a comprehensive distributor management strategy to maximize sales, market share, and profitability.
Provide comprehensive training, resources and support to enable channel partners to effectively market, sell and support company’s full portfolio
Conduct regular partner business reviews to identify areas of improvement, and develop action plans to drive partner success
Foster strong relationships with channel partners to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty and ongoing commitment to the partnership
Conduct periodic partner business reviews on performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
Set and monitor channel partner targets i.e. revenue, pipeline, and customer satisfaction, and provide guidance and support as necessary.
Collaborate with sales team to align sales strategies and ensure effective coordination between direct and indirect sales channels
Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer voice to identify opportunities and potential risks for the channel partner program
Generate regular reports on business review, market insights with recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel partner management, preferably within SMT/Semiconductor/Adhesive industry.
Proven experience in channel partner management, business development or sales roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. MBA is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with distributors and attend industry events.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software tools such as SalesForce.
