First Notice of Loss - Customer Service Representative

GoAuto Insurance is a family-oriented company based in Louisiana that focuses on providing affordable auto insurance. They are seeking a First Notice of Loss Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with reporting motor vehicle accidents, while also processing claims and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver great customer service and assist customers with reporting motor vehicle accidents
• Receive, review and process calls regarding losses incurred
• Triage callers to the appropriate person or take the appropriate steps in setting up a new claim, which also requires data entry

Requirements:

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma
• Spanish fluency highly valued
• Basic computer skills including typing, utilization of email, saving of documents and usage of Word
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Organized and detail oriented
• Eager to advance their career with a reliable company
• Enjoy working with a team as well as independently
• Compassionate, understanding, and willing to show empathy with callers who are experiencing a difficult situation
