They are seeking a First Notice of Loss Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with reporting motor vehicle accidents, while also processing claims and data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver great customer service and assist customers with reporting motor vehicle accidents
- Receive, review and process calls regarding losses incurred
- Triage callers to the appropriate person or take the appropriate steps in setting up a new claim, which also requires data entry
Requirements:
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma
- Spanish fluency highly valued
- Basic computer skills including typing, utilization of email, saving of documents and usage of Word
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Organized and detail oriented
- Eager to advance their career with a reliable company
- Enjoy working with a team as well as independently
- Compassionate, understanding, and willing to show empathy with callers who are experiencing a difficult situation
