lindawernerassociates is a leading global technology company seeking a Senior UX Researcher for a temporary assignment supporting product teams focused on consumer growth. The researcher will independently plan, execute, and deliver high-impact user research that informs product strategy and design, collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, diary studies, and usability testing
- Develop research plans, screeners, discussion guides, and study materials aligned to project goals
- Select appropriate methodologies based on research questions, constraints, and timelines
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, themes, and actionable insights
- Synthesize findings into clear, compelling narratives that influence product direction
- Deliver insights through reports, readouts, and concise stakeholder‑facing presentations
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and other stakeholders to ensure research is understood and applied
- Participate in ongoing collaboration with the broader research team and cross‑functional partners
- Own and drive research projects independently, managing timelines and expectations
- Use AI‑assisted tools responsibly to support research tasks such as transcription, summarization, and thematic analysis
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and methodological rigor when using AI tools
- Contribute to organizational goals around AI fluency and efficiency
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously
- Provide regular status updates and ensure timely delivery of research outputs
- Maintain high standards of quality, independence, and professional judgment
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience conducting user research in industry, agency, or consulting environments
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute end‑to‑end research using a broad range of methods
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and storytelling skills
- Experience translating research findings into actionable product recommendations
- Fluency with AI‑assisted research tools (e.g., for synthesis, summarization, or analysis)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting consumer‑facing digital products
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or agent‑based workflows
- Experience working with international or distributed teams
- Comfort working with growth‑focused product metrics and funnels
- Ability to quickly ramp up on new domains and technical concepts
