Health & Rehab Solutions (HRS) is a strategic partnership organization that collaborates with therapist-led private practices to enhance their business operations. The Growth Marketing & Analytics Manager will oversee the acquisition engine, focusing on paid media, analytics, and performance optimization to drive growth in patient and clinician recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy and manage paid media across: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, Tiktok, YouTube
- Manage budgets and optimize spend based on performance
- Build and refine audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies
- Continuously test creative, messaging, and channel mix
- Own Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation and management
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Configure conversion tracking, event tracking, and attribution
- Deploy and manage advertising platform pixels
- Build dashboards and reporting systems for: cost per lead, cost per applicant, conversion rates, funnel performance, campaign ROI
- Define and manage conversion funnels for patients and clinician candidates
- Monitor funnel performance and identify drop-off points
- Design and run A/B tests in collaboration with Product Designer
- Optimize landing pages and conversion experiences
- Recommend on-page SEO strategies to improve organic performance (keywords, meta titles, headings, alt text) in collaboration with Product Designer
- Configure CRM and ATS integrations
- Ensure lead and applicant data flows accurately across systems
- Build and manage email marketing and nurture workflows
- Implement marketing automation sequences
- Develop clinician acquisition strategy and candidate funnels
- Optimize candidate journey from awareness → application
- Monitor candidate acquisition cost and lead quality
- Partner with recruiting team on pipeline performance
- Provide campaign briefs and performance insights to the Product Designer
- Partner on landing page optimization, creative testing, and light SEO implementation
- Translate analytics into actionable design and funnel improvements
- Collaborate with recruiting and leadership on growth priorities
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, or performance marketing
- Strong experience across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience building funnels and running A/B tests
- Understanding of CRM/ATS systems and lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
- Experience in healthcare or multi-location service businesses
- Experience with recruitment marketing or talent acquisition funnels
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Experience guiding light SEO strategy to support top-of-funnel growth
