Infineo is a high-growth fintech company revolutionizing the life insurance industry through blockchain and AI technologies. They are seeking an AI-native Content Marketer to manage the company's content strategy, produce various marketing materials, and develop thought leadership content.
Responsibilities:
- Own the content calendar and produce blog posts, case studies, white papers, one-pagers, and email campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline
- Develop thought leadership content that positions infineo as the authority in life insurance securitization and fintech innovation
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials — battle cards, pitch decks, and leave-behinds — in partnership with the sales team
- Write and optimize web copy, landing pages, and SEO content to drive organic traffic growth
- Produce content for industry events, conferences, and trade shows, including pre-event campaigns, booth collateral, and follow-up sequences
- Build repeatable AI-assisted content workflows — from research and outlining to drafting, editing, and repurposing across channels
- Define and own infineo's social media content strategy — particularly LinkedIn — and partner with the PR agency on posting, engagement, and amplification
- Own and grow infineoU, the company's externally facing educational content platform, developing curriculum and materials that educate prospects and clients on life insurance securitization
- Partner with Dr. Bob Murphy on video content projects, managing production workflows from scripting through editing and distribution
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of content marketing experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or B2B financial services
- AI-native mindset — you already use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar daily and can show how they make you faster and better
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone across audiences, from credit union CEOs to industry analysts
- Experience with SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign or HubSpot
- Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment — able to operate with autonomy and minimal hand-holding
- Basic design sensibility — able to work in Canva, Figma, or similar tools to produce polished assets
- Demonstrated experience with prompt engineering and AI content workflow development
- Background in life insurance, credit unions, or securitization
- Experience with educational content platforms or learning management systems
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and content management workflows
- Conference and event marketing experience, including booth design and material production
- Experience with Leonardo.ai or similar AI image generation platforms
- Video production comfort — scripting, light editing, and managing projects from concept to publish
- Prior experience producing content for regulated industries
