Raintree Systems is a company focused on shaping the future of therapy technology, and they are seeking a Content Marketer to join their Growth team. This role involves creating and scaling high-impact content to enhance brand authority and support demand generation, working closely with various teams to produce compelling narratives and optimize content performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content across the full funnel, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, sales assets, and social content
- Translate complex product capabilities, industry trends, and customer stories into clear, compelling narratives
- Support demand generation and ABM initiatives with targeted, persona-driven content
- Develop thought leadership content such as research reports, industry guides, and executive-level assets
- Partner with Product Marketing to produce case studies, testimonials, and enablement materials
- Collaborate with Design and Digital Marketing to ensure content is visually strong, on-brand, and optimized for performance
- Maintain and evolve Raintree’s content voice to be confident, approachable, and trusted
- Track content performance and continuously optimize based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact
Requirements:
- A self-starter mindset. Curious, proactive, and driven to continuously learn, experiment, and improve without needing constant direction
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered content tools across ideation, research, drafting, optimization, and distribution. This should be evident in how you think, work, and show up during the interview and test process
- Experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
- Strong long-form and short-form writing skills with a clear, confident voice
- Experience creating content that supports demand generation and sales teams, not just brand awareness
- Ability to think strategically while executing quickly and iterating based on feedback
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and leadership
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics
- A change agent never satisfied with the status quo, and has an entrepreneurial mindset and can-do spirit
- Uses their passion for experimentation and innovation to implement new processes and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence without authority through proven project management expertise
- A communication expert, both internally and externally, with a passion to lead with the customer at the forefront of every decision
- A passion for working in a fast-moving environment and thrives in agile ways of working
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms is a plus
