Razorfish is a leading marketing company that has been at the forefront of digital expertise since the inception of the internet. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for managing complex digital programs and large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams across various domains.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex digital programs and large integrated campaigns from initiation through delivery
- Lead planning, estimation, and resourcing for projects ranging from campaign launches to website/app builds and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, media, technology, and production
- Support staffing coordination across projects to ensure appropriate resource allocation
- Develop clear project scopes, timelines, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams
- Identify program risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
- Support the review and execution of project scopes and Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
- Partner with internal stakeholders and client teams to address delivery challenges and maintain program momentum
- Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation and alignment with stakeholders
- Monitor program performance, budget utilization, and margin targets, escalating risks where needed
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and guide stakeholders through complex decision-making processes
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience managing medium to large digital programs or integrated marketing initiatives
- Experience managing complex digital media, marketing, or product initiatives with budgets around $5M–$10M
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, data, and technology
- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to marketing, creative, and digital leaders
- Proven ability to manage program risks, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across teams
- Background in creative production or content production workflows preferred
- Experience coordinating distributed teams in a collaborative, multicultural environment
