Moxa is a global leader in industrial networking, computing, and device connectivity, providing innovative solutions for critical infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. The Product Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives for Moxa's industrial device connectivity product portfolio, focusing on driving growth and adoption through market research and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to support business objectives and revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Create compelling product messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement materials
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to launch new products and enhancements
- Lead go-to-market planning, including pricing, positioning, and promotional campaigns
- Support sales teams with training, presentations, and customer engagement resources
- Track and analyze product performance, market share, and campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar major is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in product marketing, with 1 to 2 years of experience in industrial networking, communications and/or industrial controls industry preferred
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, protocols and networking a plus
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth
- Execution-focused, persistent, and results-driven with a growth mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to engage customers and partners
- Technical background preferred
