Cypress HCM is seeking a Growth Marketing Engineer to enhance their marketing team by developing scalable systems and frameworks for automation and experimentation. The role involves owning marketing analytics initiatives, collaborating with various teams, and leveraging AI to improve marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end marketing analytics function, including dashboards, reporting frameworks, and self-serve insights that enable global and regional teams to evaluate campaign and pipeline performance quickly and confidently
- Build the infrastructure for scalable growth experimentation, including rapid test setup, analytics pipelines, and automated reporting to accelerate learning velocity across campaigns, channels, and regions
- Design and operationalize advanced measurement frameworks to quantify marketing impact, including multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, MMM, CAC/LTV, media efficiency, and ROI
- Design and maintain a scalable, reliable analytics and data foundation. Ensure high data integrity and bidirectional sync across core MarTech and RevTech systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Clay) to power analytics, segmentation, and personalization
- Build reusable workflows, templates, and automation that enable Campaign and Field Marketing teams to operate efficiently at scale
- Leverage AI and LLMs to enhance enrichment, personalization, workflow automation, and scalable content operations across the marketing stack
- Dynamic list creation and audience building
- Lead lifecycle management, scoring, enrichment, and routing
- Multi-channel campaign sequencing
- Account engagement signals and buying-committee insights
Requirements:
- 4+ years of high-performance marketing analytics experience, supporting marketing, growth, GTM, or RevOps teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience with experimentation frameworks, attribution, and funnel analysis
- Deep familiarity with multi-channel marketing measurement, including attribution systems, LTV/CAC frameworks, and MMM/incrementality testing
- Expertise in SQL, plus hands-on experience with BI tools like Mode, Looker, or Tableau
- Experience designing and running growth marketing experiments (creative tests, landing pages, CRM, geo tests, etc.) and building reporting infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to influence growth, product, finance, and marketing stakeholders with clear, actionable insights
- Experience working deeply with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and enrichment platforms such as: Clay (workflow automation, enrichment, sequencing), HubSpot (marketing automation, lead management, workflows), Salesforce (CRM, routing, reporting, Sales Cloud), Demandbase (ABM, account intent, targeting)
- Ability to architect and deliver technical solutions independently, from prototype to production
- Proficiency with modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, or similar)
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical marketing partners and translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights
