JOB SUMMARY:

Assists and supports Analysts, Sales Representatives and Managers with the group booking process utilizing the group booking system.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the Delphi/CRS group block process for Group Sales team (block rooms, enter rates, concessions, attrition, room block review info, comments, etc. according to contracts).
Analyze and respond to group inventory inquiries from Loews Reservations team, Loews Event Managers, and Group Sales Managers.
Process other group inventory-related tasks (contract addendums, reduction letters, room block reviews, cut-off date management, booking FAM and UPRV groups, etc.).
Assist Revenue Manager with internal tasks (inventory audits, room reservations, SOP documents, etc.).
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Business Administration or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

1+ years of hospitality/hotel/sales experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
