Rune Technologies is here to revolutionize military logistics through AI-enabled solutions. The Growth Director will lead efforts to identify and capture new business opportunities within the U.S. military, working closely with cross-functional teams and representing the company at industry events.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the company’s Head of Growth and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to execute on capture opportunities to drive top-line growth within the U.S. military
- Identify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities directly and through strategic corporate partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, mission success) and the company executive leadership team to align business goals and initiatives
- Represent Rune at industry events, trade shows, and government meetings to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities to validate and showcase TyrOS capabilities, gather user feedback, and refine the product based on real-world scenarios
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across the military logistics and sustainment community to enable Rune capture efforts
- Oversee a business development pipeline, tracking progress from lead generation, through shaping to final contract award
- Lead proposal development efforts, including RFP responses, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to position Rune for Program of Record capture
