Huntress is a fully remote cybersecurity company dedicated to breaking down barriers in cybersecurity. They are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support their sales team by providing technical product expertise and assisting customers in improving their security posture.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to help increase their security posture
- Review and highlight potential security problems to customers’ technical teams while positioning Huntress as a solution
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on voicing customer needs
- Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to travel ~15% of the time to meet with customers
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience working with or within MSPs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc
- Experience building and implementing Security Programs
- Familiarity with MSP tools such as RMMs and PSAs
- Familiarity with working with SIEM tools like Elastic, Splunk, etc
