Merative transforms healthcare data into action, helping organizations improve health outcomes through analytics and data solutions. The Strategic Account Executive will build strategic partner relationships, execute go-to-market plans, and support partner success in promoting Truven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own strategic relationships with consulting partners who resell Truven solutions
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, aligning on target segments, messaging, and sales enablement strategies
- Enable partner success by delivering training and ongoing support to ensure accurate positioning of Truven solutions
- Monitor partner pipeline and performance, providing guidance to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to support partner needs
- Drive partner engagement and loyalty through regular business reviews, performance check-ins, and collaborative planning
- Pursue opportunities to develop partnerships with net-new consulting partners
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners
- Skilled in effectively positioning Health Insights solutions to partner audiences
- Ability to quickly onboard and train partners for successful solution adoption
- Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics influencing partner strategy
- Experience developing and executing channel or partner strategies in B2B enterprise environments
- Proven track record of enabling partners through training, tools, and ongoing support
- Self-starter with a history of driving results in partner-led or indirect sales models
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to align external and internal stakeholders
- Experience with joint account planning and co-selling with consulting or reseller partners
- Executive presence with confidence in leading partner business reviews and strategic discussions
