Data Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

Stripe is a technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the internet. They are seeking a driven and collaborative Tech Recruiter to grow and scale their global Data organization, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for niche data roles and enhancing the candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders across the Data organization to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to identify top talent across data science and data analyst profiles
• Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting processes
• Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to Data leadership on a regular cadence
• Focus on creating strategic plans to attract and engage talent across different geos
• Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
