Role Overview

• Act as a brand ambassador for the client
• Deliver exceptional talent and proactive communication on the search status
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans
• Engage candidates through various media
• Draft and utilize phone interview templates
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field preferred
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
