Staff Product Manager

Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance, providing software solutions to large insurers for efficient claims processing. The Staff Product Manager will shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of next-generation products by collaborating cross-functionally and leading the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals, customer insights, and market opportunities
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery, iteration, and scale
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on priorities
• Leverage data and research to drive decisions, measure success, and continuously improve user engagement and business outcomes
• Champion innovation, exploring new ideas, technologies, and approaches to deliver exceptional experiences
• Communicate clearly and effectively, translating complex concepts into actionable plans for internal and external stakeholders
