Solution & Application Engineer-USA

KINCO Automation is expanding into the U.S. market and building its local team from the ground up. They are looking for a Solution & Application Engineer to work closely with sales, customers, and partners to grow their factory automation business.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales with pre-sales technical consulting, solution design, and customer demos
• Work with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users
• Provide application support for servo drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems
• Support customer evaluations, pilot projects, and first-machine builds
• Assist with partner training and distributor technical enablement
• Act as a technical bridge between U.S. customers and global R&D teams

Requirements:

• Background in factory automation, motion control, PLC, servo systems
• Experience in customer-facing roles (FAE, application engineer, technical sales, controls engineer)
• Strong communication skills and hands-on troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-growing U.S. organization
• Fluent Chinese and English
