Skysoft Inc. is seeking an SAP Application Lead to manage and support SAP Retail applications. The role involves hands-on experience with SAP Retail processes, client relationship management, and leading an offshore team to ensure efficient application maintenance and support.

Responsibilities:

Hands on experience in SAP Retail preferably worked with Retail clients
Application Maintenance Support (AMS) experience with ability to solve urgent issues
Ability to manage client relationship
Hands on knowledge in Retail processes like Promotions, store ops, store sales
Worked in FIORI related processes related to Retail/ Store Ops
Knowledge of SAP CAR and POS will be added advantage
Knowledge of interfaces / Batch jobs and S/4 Hana is a must
This is to lead the offshore team
Leadership capacity
SAP FUNCTIONAL BUT BASIC SAP TECHNICAL AS WELL DEBUGGING
The candidate has to be somebody with strong technical and leadership skills
