YO IT Consulting is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new revenue in high-growth companies formalizing their security and compliance programs. The role involves full-cycle sales, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and coordinating with various stakeholders to close deals in the $60K-$150K ACV range.
Responsibilities:
- Own Core and Core+ deals in high-growth companies
- Run full-cycle deals: prospecting into target accounts, qualifying inbound interest, running structured evaluations, and coordinating with stakeholders
- Be the primary face in the mid-market segment
- Drive predictable new ARR
Requirements:
- 4 - 8 years of B2B SaaS new-logo experience, including full-cycle ownership
- GRC sales experience (Mandatory)
- Proven ability to close $60K-$150K ACV deals with multiple stakeholders
- Track record of consistent quota attainment in a mid-market segment
- Able to run structured discovery, evaluations, mutual action plans, and executive summaries
- Comfortable multi-threading across champions, technical buyers, and finance
- High standards for forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and CRM discipline
- Experience selling into security, IT, risk, or GRC/ compliance teams
