They are seeking a Partner Account Manager to lead their distribution strategy and expand their presence across the Santa Clara/San Jose area, focusing on driving demand and supporting technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main technical liaison for distributors in the the territory and end customers
- Drive distribution sales strategy and implement enablement programs that deliver revenue growth
- Identify and close business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams and distribution partners
- Provide technical demonstrations and application support to distributors and end users
- Represent the company at trade shows, distributor events, and customer meetings
- Manage complex sales cycles and maintain long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering other technical degrees may be considered if all other requirements are met
- 5-8 years of experience in technical sales and distributor/channel management in the test and measurement sector
- Deep knowledge of test equipment and the regional distribution and customer landscape
- Proven track record of growing sales via distributor channels and end-user engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to operate independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
