TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers in resolving insurance-related issues. The role involves making calls to customers, verifying insurance details, and ensuring that all requirements are met, all in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance
- Assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met
- Verifying insurance with agents
- Uploading information to company's internal website
- Leaving scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of Customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Comfort level that they WILL be on the phones all day long
